Code of Conduct

Law no. 93/2021 of 20 December established the General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers – GDPR, transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of EU law.

The GDPR lays down the admissibility mechanisms and procedures applicable to reports of offences based on information obtained in the course of professional activity, as well as measures to protect whistleblowers.

On this page, you can submit information about reprehensible situations or report illegal actions or those that violate Pibra’s internal policies.

Complaints can be made confidentially, stating your name and contact details or, if you wish, completely anonymously.

All enquiries are treated confidentially and securely.
