EQ Wire Harness Assembly Line

The  EQ Wire Harness Assembly Line  was designed based on the start-stop principle. Product assembly is made by moving between working areas via a conveying canvas. This line offers great benefits from the ergonomic point of view as it allows the front-loading of components by operators. In addition, and because area supply is made in the line’s posterior region, this equipment increases factory layout improvement.

The  EQ Wire Harness Assembly Line  was designed based on the start-stop principle. Product assembly is made by moving between working areas via a conveying canvas. This line offers great benefits from the ergonomic point of view as it allows the front-loading of components by operators. In addition, and because area supply is made in the line’s posterior region, this equipment increases factory layout improvement.

Why do you need a EQ Assembly Line?

  • Trays of various sizes (depending on the size of the work post).
  • Modular supporting structure (from 6 m with multiples of 3m). This structure is optional for components rack fixation.
  • Possibility to add Fixed trays in the stations and with conveying canvas width 0.2 m to  0.4 m, that allow the possibility of placing aligned springs for wire/cable fixation. 
  • Working area with regular inclination.
  • Line movement according to start-stop principle with variable drive controlled speed (1m/min to 4m/min).
  • PRODUSI CONTROL software for an integrated control system.
  • Wire protection canvas with emergency system (EC directive) for the entire line.
